We really appreciated the way Antee provided assistance to the executive team to define our core values, write our vision and mission. With this, we are set for years to come. The three weeks of training provided to our employees to align what we did and provide direction to them was also very enriching. Antee Mewa assisted the Civil Service College (Mauritius) in developing training programmes, preparing proposals, organising customised courses and conducting evaluation of training sessions for different Ministries and Parastatals bodies. She worked with different stakeholders such as United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) , University of Botswana , Programmes de Reformes pour L’Efficacité de L’Administration (PAGI) and the Chinese Embassy while she was at the College. She has a professional approach and is very commited.

For the 2021 JCI Mauritius Creative Young Entrepreneur Award (CYEA) Programme, JCI Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill requested Senator Antee Ashveena Mewa to conduct a training on Entrepreneurship for current and potential entrepreneurs. It was held at the Flying Dodo Conference Room at Bagatelle and the topic was as follows: "Would your customers refer your services?" The session was indeed a great success following the quality of contents provided and the positive feedback received from the audience. We thank her for her support and we strongly recommend her training services to everyone we know.

Antee collaborated with Yusen Logistic since May 2021.She facilitated training sessions on Remote Working for both Managers and staff and on Time and Self-Management for Directors, Human Resources team and Managers.
She was helpful by being flexible, providing her guidance and meeting with the Human Resource team to better understand the challenges in order to give a customised session. She displayed creativity and analytical thought in order to make the training interesting and fun.
Her years of experience in training helped participants not only to learn new concepts but also helped them to develop their confidence, communication skills and be more purposeful. Her methodology about adult learning is very much recommended.
