Facilitate Soft Skills Programmes

The methodology applies by Antee is workshop-style approach and visual learning for promoting information retention. The sessions are interactive whereby there are group discussions, role plays, games and reflections which are part of adult learning. The programme is customised for the respective sector and for each client because each has specific needs.

This facilitative learning process creates the sustainability and long-term application to deliver on desired results. A post evaluation is much recommended to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme.

Coaching

A Coaching approach is also encouraged by Antee to help individuals unleash their potential and discover their inner strength. It is based by asking the right questions and provoking thoughts that will help the individual to be his better self.

The session can be on one-to-one basis and can last for approximately 1 hour.

Team Building / Bonding

Antee designs the Team Building based on a set of skills which are in line with the management’s expectations and challenges.

It can be planned in-house whereby in-house games and activities are planned in order to encourage team cohesion. Another approach is to encourage experiential activities (outdoor) in relation to challenges identified by the client, in order to have the desired outcomes.
